a deck of bilingual playing cards for children

I made these as a greeting gift for Paul and Raphael, the two children I 'au pair' for and teach English to. The black suits (clubs, spades) are in English and the red suits (hearts, diamonds) are in French. This is the first deck, the prototype. The next deck will have the suit signs colored in red or black for easy spotting, and the sign will move from the left corner to the right corner.

  1. Why is the lobster the queen?

The lobster should not be the queen.

    The lobster should escape...

    or be eaten.
